WNTI is excited to announce that we have been selected as the nonprofit beneficiary of a portion of the proceeds from the film “Hope and High Water“. “Hope And High Water” is the first collaborative effort from Wild Fly Productions and Tight Loops. It chronicles filmmakers Scottie, Aimee, and Chase’s quest to find one of the American West’s most iconic fish, the Yellowstone Cutthroat Trout, deep in the heart of the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem. Exploring themes of art, conservation, friendship, and perseverance, the film tells the story of how the filmmakers met, forged a lifelong friendship, and developed a mutual love of fish and rivers, which set them all on a path as professional anglers, artists, and conservationists. With schedules aligned, locations set, and the perfect window for late summer fishing on the horizon, the crew embarks on what they hope will be a week long backcountry trip for the ages, but they quickly learn that the wild corners of the West are anything but predictable.
